Blight: Survival Platforms & Release Window

Players search “Blight: Survival release date” daily. The honest answer is still TBA — with extra clarity from official Q&As: the game is not launching in 2025 or 2026. This page consolidates platform targets, cross-play intent, pre-order status, and how to read future date rumors.

Platforms

Public materials point to PC via Steam (app 1774880), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S. PlayStation concept pages and developer interviews align on next-gen consoles. Linux is not currently planned per older FAQ language — reconfirm later if that changes.

Cross-play

GDC 2026 comments confirm cross-play at launch between all platforms. Details and caveats live on Cross-Play. Cross-platform play remains a launch goal. That is ambitious and welcome for co-op groups mixed across Steam and consoles. Playtest waves may still be platform-siloed before launch tech is ready.

Release window reading guide

When a influencer thumbnail says “RELEASE DATE LEAKED,” check whether Behaviour, Haenir, Steam news, or the official site said it. If not, ignore it. The studio burned schedule goodwill once by going quiet to rebuild; they appear to prefer underselling dates now.

Pre-orders

Official FAQ language has stated there is no current plan for pre-orders. Do not buy gray-market “preorder keys.” Wishlist instead via the Steam button on this site’s header.

Early access?

To be decided, per official FAQ. Do not assume an EA launch bridge.

Pricing and monetization ideals

Cost is TBA. Developers have floated a boxed price with DLC expansions as an ideal direction, while admitting it is too early for guarantees. Track Developer Updates for shifts.

What to do while waiting

Join playtests (Playtest), learn combat theory (Combat System), and follow wishlist milestones (Wishlist Milestone). Preparation beats rumor refreshing.

Rumor response script

Ask “Source?” If it is not Steam news, Behaviour, Haenir, or the official site, treat it as entertainment. Release anxiety is real; misinformation makes it worse. This Platforms & Release page updates when officials move, not when thumbnails invent a Blight: Survival launch week.

Quick links for impatient readers

Deep TBA FAQ: Release Date. Cross-play details: Cross-Play. Specs: System Requirements. Fake unlocks: Codes.

Console wishlist tip

Even PS5/Xbox fans benefit from following Steam news while console store pages mature. Official channels remain the authority.

Closing note

Platform readiness and ship dates are different questions. PS5 and Xbox belong in the launch plan; 2026 belongs to playtests until officials say otherwise (Release Date).

Store page literacy

Read Steam tags as marketing shorthand, not design docs. “Extraction” vibes on community posts do not override July’s mission-based explanation. Console store pages, when they mature, should be checked against the same TBA discipline.

Pre-order and key shop refusal script

“There is no official pre-order and no redeem codes. Wishlist Steam 1774880. Anything else is a scam.” Keep that script near your Discord pin beside Codes and Release Date. Platform talk stays clean when money talk stays honest for Blight: Survival.

Final reader path

Confused about dates? Release Date. Confused about parties? Cross-Play. Confused about fake unlocks? Codes. This platforms page stays the logistics umbrella for Blight: Survival store realities.

Platform FAQ desk

Tape three answers near your monitor: TBA launch, PS5 and Xbox with PC, cross-play planned at launch but playtests may silo. That desk-card prevents you from amplifying a YouTube title about a fake March ship window for Blight: Survival.
